Products & services: Information about our business

• If you choose to respond to a listing, we may process your name, email, phone number and message details in our customer relationship management portal to connect you with service providers, and to provide you with support.
• If you choose to respond to a property alert or request to be contacted for a service, your information will be processed by one of our network service providers.
• If you choose not to supply information, it will limit the services we can provide.
• Your information is stored on cloud services hosted with google with secure 2 factor authentication.
• We do not share this information without prior written consent.
• We retain this information until you no longer use our services.

Right to access and rectify your information

You may remove your contact details from our newsletter mailing list by unsubscribing using the link provided in our newsletter. Please note when you opt out of one list you will be removed from our system.

To update your information, please send us an email to info@realestatepro.co.za  and we will manually remove your email address or contact number from the alerts you are no longer interested in.
